Return conditions
Deadline: up to 14 calendar days after delivery.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags and packaging.
Sale items are non-refundable, except in cases of defect.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: up to 10 business days after the product arrives at our return center.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the reason is a defect or shipping error, Vellum Clothing covers all costs.
Example: You received a t-shirt with a stitching defect. Send us photos, once approved we will cover the shipping costs and issue a full refund.
