Delivery times
Western Europe: 10 to 20 business days on average.
Eastern Europe: 12 to 25 business days.
Other continents: 15 to 30 business days, depending on local customs regulations.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping: free on all orders over €50.
Orders under €50: flat fee of €5.90.
Tracking
All orders receive a tracking code sent by email within 5 business days after purchase.
Status can be tracked on our website or through the tracking platform provided.
Example: If you place an order on April 1st, your tracking code will be sent by April 6th, and the average delivery time to France will be between April 15th and April 20th.
